Boulders Lodging Policies

 

Quick Overview

 
  • All cabin prices are per night, based on double occupancy (2 guests)
  • Additional overnight guests are at a rate of $25.00 per night (children age 2 and under stay FREE).
  • State & Local Taxes and Lodging Fees apply.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum two night stay required for all reservations (except for Memorial Day, 4thof July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving - which require a three night minimum).

Security gate code access and cabin key arrangements will be made prior to your arrival.  Each cabin contains a binder referencing our policies, location of recreational equipment, instructions for hot-tub operation, fireplace lighting, local attractions, amenities, maps, etc.  If you have any questions upon arrival, please call us.

 

Payment Terms

 
  • A reservation deposit equal to one night’s base rate is due to secure your reservation.
  • If a deposit is not received within 7 days of placing a reservation, we cannot guarantee availability.  Deposits may be made by cash or check, or by Visa or Master Card (returned checks will be assessed a charge of $25.00).
  • The balance of your stay is due 60 days prior to arrival (holiday reservation balances are due 120 days prior to arrival)
 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

 
  • Cancellations prior to payment in full result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Cancellations after payment in full result in the loss of the entire cost of your stay.
  • No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather conditions, power outages, water shortages, encounters with the creatures of nature, etc.).
 

Policies and Miscellaneous

 
Our goal is that you enjoy your stay at Boulders Lodge.  Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
  • No use of firearms or hunting allowed.
  • No cutting of wood or trees is permitted.
  • Loud music or parties will not be tolerated.
  • Please park in designated parking areas only, no parking is permitted in the lawn areas.
  • Cabins are non-smoking.Cigarette butts are considered trash - please dispose of properly.
  • For health and sanitary conditions, pets are not allowed.
  • If you find anything wrong with your cabin upon arrival,please notify usimmediately.All issues will be handled promptly.Complaints cannot be addressed after your departure.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit will be provided at a cost of $10.00 per stay to cover the cost of cutting and stacking.Per local ordinance, outside fires must be attended at all times.Payment can be made in advance or at check-out.
  • Paper products (paper plates, napkins, etc.)are not supplied; however, they are availablelocally at the IGA.
  • The individual(s) paying for the stay are required to be overnight guests … otherwise an additional $100 damages deposit is required – of which none, part, or all will be refunded upon inspection of the premises after departure.
  • Any incidental charges not settled at the time of check-out (such as firewood, additional guest charges, damages, etc.) will be charged to your Visa or Master Card, or billed.
  • You agree to hold Boulders Lodge harmless for any injury.
